感謝您使用「台灣等公車」（以下稱「本 App」）。本 App 重視您的隱私，本政策說明我們如何處理您的資料。
一、我們蒐集與使用的資料
1. 位置資訊
- 當您使用「附近站牌」功能時，本 App 會請求您的裝置位置（概略或精確位置），用於查詢您附近的公車站牌。
- 位置僅在您主動使用該功能時取得，並透過我們的查詢代理伺服器轉送至交通部 TDX 以取得附近站牌資料。
- 當您查看首頁的「目前天氣」時，本 App 會以您的概略位置（經查詢代理伺服器）向中央氣象署（CWA）取得當地天氣與溫濕度；您的位置僅用於就近取得天氣，不會被儲存。
- 本 App 不會將您的位置長期儲存、不會用於識別您的身分、也不會分享給第三方做廣告或追蹤。代理伺服器僅為提供查詢結果做短暫快取（數分鐘內自動清除）。
2. 本機儲存的資料
- 收藏的路線、地區選擇、背景顏色、地圖顯示偏好等設定，僅儲存在您的裝置本機，不會上傳。
- 路線清單等資料會在裝置本機快取以加速載入與減少網路用量。
- 上述資料會在您解除安裝本 App 時一併刪除。
3. 通知與推播
- 當您設定「到站提醒」時，本 App 會於公車接近時於您的裝置發送本機通知。
- 若啟用背景推播功能，本 App 可能取得推播權杖以發送到站通知；該權杖不含個人身分資訊。
二、第三方服務
- 交通部 TDX 運輸資料流通服務：公車路線、到站時間、站牌等資料來源。
- 查詢代理伺服器（twbus.mshw.info）：本 App 自架的 Cloudflare 服務，用於轉送資料查詢、快取結果以降低流量，不蒐集個人身分資訊。
- 中央氣象署 CWA 開放資料：首頁「目前天氣」（天氣概況、溫度、濕度）之資料來源，經查詢代理伺服器查詢。
- OpenStreetMap：地圖圖資（當您選擇線上地圖顯示時）。
- 華為地圖 / Petal Maps：當您點選「導航前往」或「周邊探索」時，開啟外部地圖 App，後續行為適用該服務之隱私政策。
三、權限說明
- 位置：查詢附近站牌、顯示目前天氣。
- 網路：取得公車即時資料、天氣。
- 通知：發送到站提醒。
四、兒童隱私
本 App 為一般大眾交通查詢工具，不會刻意蒐集兒童之個人資料。
五、政策變更
本政策若有更新，將於本頁公告並更新「最後更新日期」。

Thank you for using Taiwan Bus Go (the "App"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Data We Collect and Use
1.1 Location
- When you use the "Nearby Stops" feature, the App requests your device location (approximate or precise) to find bus stops near you.
- Location is accessed only when you actively use this feature, and is forwarded through our query proxy to Taiwan's MOTC TDX service to retrieve nearby stop data.
- When you view "Current weather" on the home screen, your approximate location is used (via our query proxy) to fetch local weather and temperature/humidity from Taiwan's CWA; your location is used only to get nearby weather and is not stored.
- The App does not store your location long-term, does not use it to identify you, and does not share it with third parties for advertising or tracking. The proxy only caches query results briefly (cleared automatically within minutes).
1.2 Data Stored on Your Device
- Favorite routes, region selection, background color, and map preferences are stored only locally on your device and are never uploaded.
- Route lists are cached locally to speed up loading and reduce data usage.
- All such data is removed when you uninstall the App.
1.3 Notifications & Push
- When you set an arrival reminder, the App sends a local notification on your device when the bus approaches.
- If background push is enabled, the App may obtain a push token to deliver arrival notifications; this token contains no personally identifying information.
2. Third-Party Services
- MOTC TDX (Transport Data eXchange): source of bus routes, ETAs, and stop data.
- Query proxy (twbus.mshw.info): our self-hosted Cloudflare service that forwards data queries and caches results to reduce load; it collects no personally identifying information.
- CWA (Central Weather Administration) Open Data: source of the home-screen "Current weather" (condition, temperature, humidity), queried via our proxy.
- OpenStreetMap: map tiles (when online map display is selected).
- Petal Maps: launched as an external app when you tap "Navigate" or "Explore Nearby"; its own privacy policy applies thereafter.
3. Permissions
- Location: to find nearby bus stops and show current weather.
- Network: to fetch real-time bus data and weather.
- Notifications: to send arrival reminders.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-purpose transit tool and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
5. Changes to This Policy
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
